Your mission
Within the firm, you will:
- Contribute to the solving of complex client challenges, interacting with management level executives
- Manage international client assignments, holding the day-to-day relationship with them and developing PTOLEMUS’ activities
- Lead the delivery of consulting projects, plan your team’s work, organise client workshops, produce and review the quality of deliverables
- Manage your team under high quality requirements and help it grow
- Participate and speak at international conferences globally
- Participate in the selling of follow-on projects and develop PTOLEMUS’ client portfolio in a sustainable manner
- Contribute to PTOLEMUS’ team training and new joiners’ onboarding
- Bring new ideas and take initiatives to make them happen
- Be key to the further growth of our team and of the company as a whole
Your profile
- You are in the possession of a Masters’ degree from a business or engineering school / university
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience including 3 years in management consulting
- You have demonstrated expertise in interacting with clients at various levels, and in managing complex projects and teams
- You are result-oriented and capable of delivering under high-quality standards and tight deadlines
- You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- You have experience of working in a multicultural environment
- You are fluent in English and possess strong English writing skills; knowledge of other European languages is an asset
- You have a real interest/experience in the domain of mobility / transportation
- You have strong work ethics
- You have demonstrated strong team working abilities and can work well autonomously
- You are driven by an entrepreneurial mindset
