Filippo Frezet
Filippo Frezet is Senior Business Analyst within PTOLEMUS and provides our customers and partners with valuable expertise.
Within PTOLEMUS, Filippo has developed an expertise in emergency services, in Electronic Tolling Collection (ETC) and road user charging (RUC), in usage based insurance (UBI), as well as in vehicle data hubs (VDH) and vehicle data monetisation.
Filippo’s most recent assignments include:
- For the European Commission, he conducted an impact analysis relative to the mandating of a combination of positioning technologies (under the name of Advanced Mobile Location or AML) on mobile phones for emergency applications (E112)
- For a leading company operative in the ETC domain, he helped defining the global expansion strategy and value proposition
- For a leading investment fund, he participated to the assessment of the opportunity of acquiring a major service provider active in the ETC domain
Filippo also participated to the recent research reports published by PTOLEMUS, namely the Gig Economy Motor Insurance European Study and the Vehicle Data Market Global Study. He notably assessed the technology and supply environment, analysing key players in the eco-system.
Before joining PTOLEMUS, he acquired experience in consulting thanks to his internship as Junior Tax Consultant at KPMG Italy.
Filippo holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Turin.
