Our goal is to deliver exceptional value to our clients: car makers, content providers, insurance and assistance companies, financial institutions, mobile operators, energy companies, telematics service providers, public authorities, technology suppliers, etc.

To boost this fast development, we are creating the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

We are looking for a driven, humane and entrepreneurial team player who will shape a multicultural team gathering more than 11 nationalities in Brussels, Paris and London.

Your mission

You will reinforce our HR practice, essentially by:

  • Creating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Sourcing and discovering top talent for open positions leveraging job boards, adverts, career fairs, and other ad hoc channels
  • Reviewing and filtering applications and creating background check reports
  • Conducting interviews with selected candidates
  • Designing, planning and executing recruitment and selection processes(e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, case studies, etc.).
  • Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding initiatives
  • Planning procedures to enhance the candidate experience
  • Creating, updating and sharing KPI reports

You will be welcome to initiate new projects and have a dynamic role in the animation of our ambitious and highly skilled team.

You will report to the Global Human Resources Director.

Your profile

As the ideal candidate:

  • You have obtained a Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • You have min. 5 years of experience working as Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter
  • You are very knowledgeable of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques
  • You have a strong working knowledge of how to manage jobs on social media networks efficiently
  • You are able to utilise HRIS and other marketing tools for recruitment
  • You are very sales & result-oriented and capable of delivering under high-quality standards – and tight deadlines
  • You possess excellent analytical skills
  • You demonstrate strong teamworking abilities (in a multicultural team) and can work well autonomously
  • You are fluent in English and possess strong English writing skills; knowledge of other European languages (French or other) is an asset
  • You value work ethics very much
  • You are driven by an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You have demonstrated expertise in interacting with customers at various levels.
