•  For Tom Tom, the world leader of in-car navigation, defined and implemented LIVE (connected) services strategy for in-car navigation devices (EU)

- Led the product management team to write specifications for connected services (incl. HD Traffic, Safety Alerts, Fuel Prices and Local Search) ;

- Supervised negotiation of contracts with content partners (Google, etc.) ;

- Defined packaging and pricing of the offering to end-users (LIVE Services bundle) ;

- Defined and delivered launch plan in 5 countries.

• For Tom Tom, managed the development and launch of TomTom’s Map Update ServiceTM (EMEA, 20 countries)

- Wrote product definition of this map subscription and defined implementation on the new IT subscription system ;

- Supervised building of a 5-year business plan, endorsed by CFO ;

- Negotiated map subscription royalty scheme with Tele Atlas ;

- Launched world’s first PND map subscription service.

• For Destinator Technologies, successfully defined and delivered complete navigation solutions (software, hardware, content) for numerous customers including Motorola (phones) and LG (PND).
